De Mi Tierra organises a workshop of two sessions of Argentine folk dances on Saturday 5th July managed by Gustavo Gomez. The sessions will take place from 11.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 15.00. The participants will be invited to take part in the cavalcade.
The principle of the workshop is to allow the participants to progress between those two sessions through the approach of several dances representative of folk culture.
The content of the workshop can be adapted and refined by Gustavo Gomez according to the characteristics of the participants. This will allow some to discover and learn the basics and others to broaden their experience so of the pleasures of this traditional dance so alive and friendly.
Students will be invited to take part in the cavalcade on Saturday if they wish to do so. see: Cavalcade (streets of Toulouse) and show of argentin traditional danses (rue d'Alsace et Place St Georges)

Recommended for the workshop: comfortable clothes, skirt and espadrilles (sandals) for women.
