ASSOCIATIVE PARTNERS

Founded in 1992, Tangueando Toulouse is the oldest tango association in Toulouse. The Nouvelle Maison du Tango, which now hosts its activities in the Oncopole district, is a place for exchanging and exploring tango. Dance classes take place there every day of the week, for all levels of practice. Activities: milonga every Thursday, ball several Saturdays a month, organization of courses, balls, free outdoor milongas, various cultural events, etc.

Under Phil's leadership, Néopostale is part of our programming aimed at promoting a musicality different from the classic tangos of the golden age, a more modern sensibility, open to other musical domains such as blues or soul, while keeping the spirit and soul of classic tango. Its motto? "Openness". This is how we see it collaborating with various partners to offer evenings that are truly different from classic milongas. Phil was notably behind the first Alternative Tango Marathon in France in December 2016 with TNT - Toulouse NéoTango.

Since 1999, the association So Tango!, of which Solange Bazely is the founder, ensures the diffusion of culture, in particular that of Argentina and Uruguay in different facets: music, song, dance, poetry, literature. First agent of musicians until 2004 in Paris, then in Toulouse, Solange Bazely offers conferences, readings aloud to different audiences, presentations of films or books, exhibitions, artistic advice for events and writings, in particular in the framework of Tangopostale. Solange Bazely has set up a tango bibliography to consult/download on her site.
