  • In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code and, more generally, international treaties and agreements containing provisions relating to the protection of copyright, you are prohibited from reproducing for any use other than private use, but also from selling, distributing, issuing, broadcasting, adapting, modifying, publishing, communicating in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, the data, presentation or organization of the site without the prior written authorization of the FITT association.

Access to and use of the Site are subject to these "General Conditions of Use" detailed below as well as to applicable laws and/or regulations.

The Tangopostale website aims to provide access to all information regarding the Tangopostale festival and the FITT (Toulouse International Tango Festival) association. It occasionally provides updates on the latest news from its partners.

Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these General Conditions of Use.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the Site and Services as well as these T&Cs, in particular to adapt to developments in the site by making new features available or by removing or modifying existing features.
The User is therefore advised to refer to the latest version of the T&Cs, accessible at any time on the Site, before browsing. In the event of disagreement with the T&Cs, the User may not use the Site.

The Publisher is not responsible for: - any technical, IT or compatibility problems or failures of the site with any hardware or software; - any direct or indirect, material or immaterial, foreseeable or unforeseeable damage resulting from the use or difficulties of using the site or its services; - the intrinsic characteristics of the Internet, in particular those relating to the unreliability and lack of security of the information circulating there; - any illicit content or activities using its site, without it having duly taken note of them within the meaning of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy and Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data;
Furthermore, the publisher cannot be held liable in the following cases:

The Site may contain hyperlinks to other websites over which the FITT association has no control. Despite prior and regular checks carried out by the Publisher, the latter declines all responsibility for the content that may be found on these sites.
The Publisher authorizes the creation of hypertext links to any page or document on its site, provided that the creation of these links is not carried out for commercial or advertising purposes.
In addition, prior information from the Site Editor is necessary before any hyperlink is set up.
Naturally excluded from this authorization are sites disseminating information of an illicit, violent, controversial, pornographic, xenophobic nature or which may offend the sensibilities of the majority of people.
Finally, the FITT association reserves the right to remove at any time a hyperlink pointing to its Site, if it considers it not to comply with its editorial policy.

Article 7. Intellectual Property

The structure of the Tangopostale site, as well as the texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos and computer applications that compose it, are the property of the Publisher and are protected as such by the laws in force under intellectual property law.
Any representation, reproduction, adaptation or partial or total exploitation of the contents, trademarks and services offered by the Tangopostale site by any process whatsoever, without the prior, express and written authorization of the Publisher is strictly prohibited and would be likely to constitute an infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. This is with the exception of elements expressly designated as royalty-free on the Tangopostale site.
Access to the Tangopostale site does not constitute recognition of a right and, generally speaking, does not confer any intellectual property rights relating to an element of the site, which remain the exclusive property of the Publisher.
The User is prohibited from entering data on the site which would modify or which could modify its content or appearance.

The Site complies with the provisions of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms. Under this law, the User benefits in particular from a right of opposition (art. 32 and 38), access (art. 38 and 39) and rectification (art. 40) of data concerning him.
