• 10:30am-12pm: Relaxing to dance better
  Progressive muscles warm up bringing us to settle into our core together with a body scan to wake up our senses - including our sense of musicality !

• 12:30-2pm: The embrace as a gentle stroke
  Some suggestions to bring about a comfortable connection and walk with our centers of gravity while breathing in connection.

• 2:30-4pm : Colgadas/volcadas
  How to let go of the axis with the flow and play with kinetic energy.

All levels workshop. Limited to 20 people.
Role balance appreciated but not necessary as each participant is invited to experiment with both roles.
Workshops are conducted in French/English (Spanish and German also possible). Pedagogical progression.

We will start each workshop in socks or comfortable flat dancing shoes. Remember to bring a water bottle !
