Organised by the association Tangueando Toulouse.
Lucila Cionci and Rodrigo « Joe » Corbata are internationally renowned thanks to their participation to many tango festivals around the world: Japan, Italy, France, Switzerland, Portugal, United Arab Emirates, Korea, Cyprus, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Austria, Ukraine, Russia, United States...
They were members for three years of the international board of the International Championship of Argentine tango organised by the city of Buenos Aires.
They are part of the teacher staff of Cosmotango (CITA), the most important annual festival of Buenos Aires.
Their way of dancing is surprising by its flexiblity and expressiveness. It shows innovative choreographic elements. It mixes beauty of the movement, harmony and connection to create a unique and passionate dance.
Programme:
Friday, July 7th
10:45am-12:15 = Waltz: changing of dynamic, energy and fluidity (all levels)
1:45-3:15pm = Tango: study and work on all the possibilities of abrazo (embrace) (beginner/intermediary levels)
3:45-5:15pm = Tango: rythmic patterns and musical connection in the couple (intermediary/advanced levels)
Saturday, July 8th
10:45am-12:15: Milonga: rythms, reactions and amusements (all levels)
1:45-3:15pm: Tango: universal sequences of movements for the dance floor (intermediary level)
3:45-5:15pm: Tango: study of the turns with saccadas and changes of dynamic (intermediary/advanced levels)
