A yoga workshop with Christelle Jouin, to start the festival in a harmonious way!
Some yoga techniques to try to release physical and mental tensions, to improve one's posture, alignment, balance, concentration, presence in the body, to increase one's vital energy, and thus allow one to live more harmoniously one's daily life as a dancer during the festival...
• Level required: open to everyone, any level, even for people who have never tried yoga
• Equipment: loose clothing and that's all!
