A unique sensory experience with Pascal Xicluna, sound yoga teacher and sound therapist.
Increase your energy with sound vibrations and prepare your body and spirit to relax and shed tension.
Accompanied by 2 gongs, 10 Tibetan bowls, 1 tubalophone and other vibratory instruments, I will guide you to a journey within, to reach your inner self.
The class lasts an hour and you will be laying down or sitting all along, as preferred. Your comfort is important. To fully appreciate the class, please bring a yoga mat and a light blanket.
Please arrive a few minutes early to find a place on the floor. We will start promptly on time.
