Light Feet – DO-In & Foot Shiatsu
a workshop with Séverine Müller
Workshop (tradi)

Price : €15 per workshop / €11 for TR2 (students, job seekers, under 26)

Our feet carry us throughout our lives. Muscles, tendons, and bones tend to contract, shorten, and compress. In this workshop, we will create space, relaxation, and improved circulation right down to the tips of your toes, using acupressure, stretching, and mobilization techniques along the meridians.

Special attention, love for our feet, all light, to return to the dance with presence and stability on the earth.

Do-In – the way of movement in Japanese – is an essential preliminary step to prepare the body and mind for the touch of the feet. It strengthens the Hara (vital center), releases tension, and energizes our various vital functions.

Come and get your feet wet!

A one-hour workshop, designed for an audience of dancers…and anyone wishing to take care of their feet.

• Materials: vWear thin, flexible clothing and bare feet. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion.

"Being passionate about living things, my curiosity to know and accompany life as it unfolds initially took me through visual arts and crafts, before moving into the body.

I have been practicing oil massage since 2014. Shiatsu came naturally in 2016. It allowed me to provide more support and help regulate and harmonize the body's energetic and organic functions. What a beautiful thing it is to see a person deeply rest and their being unfold in a new, free energy!
Having been involved in tango since 2014, I was quickly captivated by the intensity and passion of this dance through participation in events and teaching.

As a healthcare professional, I wanted to connect the worlds of health and the arts. It seemed essential to me to pay particular attention to body care, especially to the feet, in order to flourish in this dance in a sustainable way.

Since 2019, I have been offering treatments, massages and workshops at tango events in the south of France and abroad."
