From Monday 6th to Saturday 11th July, the Eterna Milonga welcomes you to its 430 m2 dance floor nestled in the shade of the plane trees Place Saint-Pierre. This clearly is the vibrant heart of the festival, our favorite meeting place, offering a warm and relaxed atmosphere from the mid afternoon to the late evening under the stars!
This year, two DJs will share the decks each day, for a greater diversity!
"Passionate about music and dance, I host many milongas mainly in the South of France.
My musical selection focuses primarily on traditional tango, and my sets alternate between rhythmic and melodic pieces, always lively and dynamic. I take particular care to achieve optimal sound quality by using the best file formats and audio equipment.
But beyond these musical and technical choices, I strive to create, at each milonga, a world that reflects who I am, filled with joy, sensuality, and gentleness.
A tango dancer for over 25 years, and a dual dancer for the past 5 years, Sandrine has been regularly programming music for the last 6 years. Her music is catchy and refreshing, and aims to "create happiness"!
- Reception Chalet: Any doubts or questions? Come see us at the reception desk in Place Saint-Pierre, because that's what we're here for!
- Pre-sales area: Need help buying your tickets and passes for other festival events? A pre-sales desk is open from 4pm to 7pm from Monday 6th to Saturday 11th July, at the reception chalet.
- A cloakroom is available on site (€1), as well as a changing cabin located behind the changing room.
- If you need to restore your energy or just fancy a treat you will find numerous cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlours around the square and in the neighbouring streets.
- Free public toilets are available outside the dance area, on Rue de la Boule next to the bar La Couleur de la culotte.
The NéoGaronne ball welcomes you free of charge every day from 5pm, in a unique musical universe created by the large team of volunteer DJs.
⛈︎ In case of bad weather, the Eterna Milonga will take place indoors Salle Barcelone (at 22 allée de Barcelone, a 5-minute walk from place Saint-Pierre).
