Sound and vibratory bath
with Pascal Xicluna
Neo workshop ϟ

Price : 15€

“Dear tangueras,
Prepare for the day's milongas by boosting your energy with a sound and vibratory bath. This physical and sensory experience promotes the release of muscle tension and will immerse you in a state of deep relaxation*.

Accompanied by 2 gongs, 10 Tibetan bowls, 1 tubalophone and other vibratory instruments, I will guide you on an inner journey, to the heart of the Self!
Acting as a cellular energy activator, the vibrations emitted by my traditional instruments stimulate body tissues and fluids. They promote the elimination of toxins linked to physical exertion. The sounds produced bring relaxation. Participating tangueros often express to me their feelings of renewed energy and fluidity after a session.

The session lasts 1 hour and takes place in a lying position (preferably) or sitting.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can get ready. The session will begin on time.

Looking forward to seeing you on the dance floor.”

A Sound Yoga teacher and Sound Therapy practitioner, Pascal Xicluna has also been a tanguero for 25 years. His proposals for sound and vibration baths are very popular at tango events.

A feeling of relaxation and renewed energy are often felt by tanguero.as participants. Not really surprising, since our body is composed mainly of water molecules, which themselves serve as a conductor and allow vibrations to diffuse through our cells.
Acting as a cellular energy activator, the vibrations emitted by its traditional instruments stimulate the body's tissues and fluids, thus dispersing possible tensions and contractions.

Main effects observed:
Vitality by activation of body fluids
Energy by stimulation of regulatory organs
Relaxation by releasing tensions
Anti-stress by slowing down brain waves
