with Christelle Jouin and Pascal Xicluna
Neo workshop ϟ

Price : 26€

Christelle and Pascal have joined forces to offer you a yoga workshop enriched with vibration, combining yoga postures, bija mantras and sound meditation.
A relaxing session to recover from the first evenings of the festival!

Pascal Xicluna

Pascal Xicluna

A Sound Yoga teacher and Sound Therapy practitioner, Pascal Xicluna has also been a tanguero for 25 years. His proposals for sound and vibration baths are very popular at tango events.

A feeling of relaxation and renewed energy are often felt by participating tangueros.
Not really surprising. Because our body is composed mainly of water molecules, which themselves serve as conductors and allow vibrations to diffuse through our cells.
Acting as an activator of cellular energy, the vibrations emitted by its traditional instruments stimulate the tissues and body fluids, thus dispersing possible tensions and contractions.

Main effects observed:
Vitality by activation of body fluids
Energy by stimulation of regulatory organs
Relaxation by releasing tensions
Anti-stress by slowing down brain waves

“Everything in life is energy and vibration.” Albert Einstein

Christelle Jouin

Christelle Jouin

It was in the early 1990s, during her university studies, that Christelle Jouin discovered the practice of yoga. She began by following the Iyengar method, then progressed to other forms of yoga, such as Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga and, for the past 6 years, Integral yoga.
