DUO LOS SUPLENTES

The duo Los Suplentes (Emiliano Faryna on guitar and Hugo Satorre on bandoneon) was formed in 2017. They have carved out a niche for themselves in the world of Argentine music, with a decidedly milonguera approach. These two Argentinian musicians adapt the sounds and articulations of 1940s and 1950s orchestras to the duo format, through oral arrangements played without sheet music. This freedom leaves plenty of room for improvisation, offering a sound that is always fresh and renewed.

DJ BEA

Béa entered the world of dance at the age of 5: classical, then later jazz, rock, salsa, ballroom dancing and finally tango 20 years ago.
Since then, tango has taken over and become a real passion, to the point that she undertook professional training for 2 years and made several trips to Argentina. In 2016, she created the association "Bailar En Argentina-Tango" to further invest herself in the world of tango. She offers classes there until 2022 and monthly milongas, which she sets the music for, until 2024.

Music programming has since become a second passion, and she is always on the lookout for new music. She regularly composes music for Tangueando Toulouse and is invited to festivals such as Tangopostale and Tango par la côte – Côte d'Armor, and even in the USA.

These musical choices are essentially the tangos of the Golden Age, with a few forays into older and contemporary orchestras. Depending on the audience, there may be a few escapades into non-tango pieces, but always very danceable. She tries as much as possible to diversify her tandas to have a harmonious mix of sung and non-sung pieces, melodious and rhythmic, old and more recent.
