Dancing Tango and Life
with Christine Foucher
Workshop

Price : 18€ per workshop / 34€ for both workshops

With steps or figures of Argentine tango and Biodanza exercises, come and dance your first impulses, or deepen and refine your dance. It is about discovering or revisiting the basics for a tango connected to oneself, therefore connected to the other, to the music, and to the group of a milonga.
Fluid learning of the basics such as walking, body weight transfer, pivots, dissociation, axis, figures: these are the themes that we will cover during these 2 workshops.

These two workshops are scalable but it is possible to integrate them into the unit.
✓ Level: These workshops are aimed at both beginners and experienced dancers. If there is some experience, it is advisable to come as a duo to work together on certain exercises.
However, this can also be the time to take on a dual role… or to agree to work with a beginner, it’s always good for your development!

✓ Material: Loose clothing that you feel comfortable in. Shoes (flats or heels of your choice) that slide and hold the foot well.
