Freedom in the abrazo – Soltadas and sacadas 3 workshops with Pablo & Émilie Tegli
Price : €30 per workshop / €55 for two workshops / €75 for three workshops
Workshop 1: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. • Sacadas / Creating spaces: inviting your partner to enter your space without invading it
Sacada sequences (forward/backward/crossing) and musical interpretation.
Workshop 2: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. • Soltadas / Releasing your partner
Introducing soltada as an extension of the connection, not as a break.
Work : focus on the axis and on autonomy.
Workshop 3: 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. • Freedom in the embrace
Developing a conscious and shared freedom within the framework of the embrace, allowing the integration of open movements: combining soltadas and sacadas combined without losing the connection with your partner.
• Level : intermediate / advanced
• Language used: French, but translation into Spanish is possible.
• Pre-registration: Solo registration is possible, but we strongly recommend registering with a partner to facilitate parity in the course.
Pablo & Émilie Tegli will also dance to the music of Chimichango at the concert at the Pavillon République on Thursday, July 9.
